Steps:

  1. Place the patient (Family Member) on the pallet. 
  2. Click “Manage My Health” from the top menu. 
  3. Select “Register Patient.” 
  4. Choose the patient’s Identification Type from the dropdown menu, then enter the Identification Number. 
  5. Click “Link to Primary Account.” 
  6. From the dropdown, select “Family Member” and specify the Relationship. 
  7. Click “Link Account.” 
  8. Click “OK” to complete the registration. 
  9. The patient has been successfully linked to the primary account.
