How to update the Pre-Screening Questionnaire for Appointment

Steps:

  1. From the sidebar, select Setup Modules. 
  2. In the navigation menu, choose Appointments. 
  3. Click the arrow icon to expand additional appointment-related settings. 
  4. Select the “Pre-Screening Questionnaire” tab. 
  5. Choose the location for which you want to customize the pre-screening questionnaire. 
  6. Enter your questions or instructions in the designated text field, then click “Save”. 
  7. The pre-screening questionnaire has been saved successfully.
