Steps:
- From the Home screen, select “Appointment Books.“
- Choose the appropriate provider to open their appointment schedule.
- In-person appointments booked via Manage My Health are marked as “MMH” in the notes section.
- Phone appointments made through Manage My Health are labelled as “MMHPA” in the notes section.
- Video appointments made through Manage My Health are indicated as “MMHVC” in the notes section.
