Steps:
- From the sidebar, go to Setup Modules.
- In the navigation menu, select Appointments.
- Click the “TURN-OFF APPOINTMENTS” tab.
- Click the “EDIT” button to enable changes.
- Tick the checkbox to disable online appointment bookings for your selected health centre.
- Click “SAVE” to apply for the changes.
- Online appointment bookings have been successfully disabled.
