How to configure phone Appointment settings

Steps:

  1. From the sidebar, go to Setup Modules. 
  2. In the navigation menu, select Appointments. 
  3. Click the arrow icon to expand additional settings. 
  4. Select the “Phone Appointment Settings” tab. 
  5. Choose the appropriate location to enable phone appointments for that specific medical centre. 
  6. Set your practice as the party responsible for initiating phone calls. 
  7. Click “SAVE” to apply for your change.
